All quotations are valid for [7 / 14 / 30] days from date of issue, subject to prevailing market conditions and availability at time of order confirmation.
Orders are confirmed on receipt of buyer's written PO and agreed payment terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order at our discretion.
Standard terms are advance TT and irrevocable LC at sight. Other terms are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Deliveries are made per Incoterms 2020. Title and risk pass to buyer as per the agreed Incoterm.
Quality is guaranteed to match the specifications agreed at contract. Any claim must be raised within [7 / 14] days of arrival supported by a report from a mutually acceptable inspection agency.
Neither party shall be liable for delay or failure due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disaster, port congestion, war, or regulatory action.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Hisar, Haryana.
